High School Study Strategies (Secondary I-V)
High School Study Strategies is a practical, academic skill building program, delivered through 3-5, flexibly scheduled in-class sessions. Through engaging lessons, class discussion, individual and group work, students gain the knowledge and tools necessary to organize themselves and study effectively, improving academic success. High School Strategies can help both struggling students and academically advanced students take a leap in their academic performance and confidence. A parent workshop can be included to encourage support at home. *Now Available Online!

Transition to Cégep or Vocational School (Secondary IV and V)
This program equips students with essential strategies and tools for thriving in Cégep or vocational school. Participants will gain effective study habits, organizational skills and techniques for balancing academic, work, and social responsibilities. Additionally the program features a workshop for parents. This session helps parents understand the challenges their children face and learn how to support their needs while encouraging independence.

RESPECT-A Bully Prevention & Behaviour Change Program (Secondary I-III)
RESPECT uses social exploration & group dynamics focused challenges to reduce bullying behaviour by improving the quality of social interactions amongst students. Former Olympic basketball player and Head Coach of Dawson College Basketball team, Wayne Yearwood, facilitates this dynamic examination of why and how students make the decisions they do , encouraging personal excellence. Delivered in 4-6 sessions, highly interactive challenges enhance skills in self-management, social awareness, and positive peer relationships.

Free to Be - LGBTQ+ Awareness Program (Secondary I-IV)
The "Free to Be" program is a workshop series designed to increase awareness and understanding of LGBTQ+ identities, culture, and history for students in Secondary I to IV. This program aims to promote a better understanding of the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ communities. Our facilitators create an atmosphere of respect to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students. Sessions cover topics such as using appropriate terminology, exploring LGBTQ+ history and culture, respecting differences, and responding to bullying. The program also provides resources for students on where to seek support.

Assemblies & Workshops (Secondary I-V)
We offer dynamic and memorable assemblies and workshops by grade or cycle level to meet your school's wellness or social-emotional learning goals for the school year. Our facilitators can speak on digital citizenship and internet safety, LGBTQ2A awareness, personal leadership and motivation, and more based on your requests and time frame. Our assemblies and workshops are always designed specifically around your needs, theme and/or the unique challenges your school or student group is facing. Breakout groups during the time together or following in-class, can facilitate deeper learning and growth.
